Rich I concur with Alan, booster shot, mine in my 96 Bronco leaks so bad you can here it sucking inside the cab. Got one from Oreillys, only one available had it shipped in and it had the wrong pedal rod. Got another one coming from Summit.
Mucho appreciate the assistance, now to find the correct one. It is a 71 but I believe it originally came with NO p/b. And then the p/b booster (off angle) adapter and p/s booster was put on. So more home work and more work and not alot of time, before it is time to get busy busy with paying work that involves travel.
Rich, Your truck may not have come with power brakes, but that set up you have appears to be stock. That's the way they looked from the factory if the truck came with a V8.
Tiff let the dogs out this morning and the new pup was barking and raising a fuss about something in the back yard. After a quick perimeter check, all clear, but now I'm up, so coffee is brewing at the moment.
Was out until after dark last night spraying copper sulfate on the pond trying to kill the run away char in it. Note to self start earlier. Actually Rural King had it but took forever to send me a notice I could pick it up. Now to see if it does what it says it will. The stuff had got so thick you could reel in a fish because they'd get hung up in it.
Not sure what today will bring, but there's never a dull moment around here.
I can see my garage floor and workbench! I just couldn't take it anymore, I had to clean up and put everything away before I started cutting steel plate. ...which by the way, NO more bumpers until the cost of steel comes back down. A sheet of 1/8" that used to cost $61 dollars is now $275! Unless someone wants to pay me $1200 for a bumper, I'm taking a break for a while.
Well save your current location to your GPS (target store) or phone, that way you can locate us more often. Didn't you just build a giant shop bldg? How is that going?

2026 Shelby F-150 Off-Road: Better Than a Raptor R?
Evening all. It's the first weekend of the month so that means I spent the day running around like a chicken with my head cut off. The camper is ready for me to pick it up tomorrow. They did an amazing job fixing the rotted floor so it was worth the dent in the piggy bank to get it fixed. I'll go first thing tomorrow morning to pick it up before it gets too bloody hot. I now need to get busy and fix the AC on the truck so can get out a couple more times before the dead of winter sets in.
Yep it's the weekend and August is back in full swing. I just went out to get something out of my truck and was hit by a wall of humidity.
Sure, the weather was beuatiful earlier the beginning of the week when I'm working. I guess it will be September when it's cooled down so I
can get my pads & rotors replaced.
Well made a little side money by selling some more 73-79 Ford truck parts to some fellow FTE members. And now getting ready to go to the grandkids this weekend. Penny and I have to watch them on sunday night and all day Monday since the step daughter has to go to KU for some tests.
