I've had my ford account for years before placing an order and used the same email ford the order, mine says
"Our records show you have no reservations, orders, or purchases."
I've gotten the email updates so far telling me my order is accepted then scheduled, they don't seem to be connected.

I keep seeing people mentioning that they are getting emails with any changes to productions dates, build dates, estimated delivery dates, etc. Will I get those automatically even though my order doesn't show up in my ford.com account? Or do I have to keep in contact with my dealer for that information? Like I said, I did get the order confirmation email from Ford by the time I left my dealer when placing the order.

Thanks in advance.
The orders and reservations only shows certain models that people are reserving through Ford, and then completing the sale through their dealer (Mach E, Lightning, Maverick). The super duties don't show up there.

Since you got the confirmation email, you should be all set to get future emails.

Congrats.

Looking at your truck on the tracker, you have a similar order to me. When you get your truck, would you kindly post your stickered payload capacity. I am curious as to how much the fifth wheel prep affects payload.

Thanks and enjoy the new wheels.

How close to the MachE Tracker's or Ford Trackers ETA was the actual arrival of your truck?

I just spoke with my dealer. They called the trucking company and verified my truck is sitting at the rail yard for the last 2 weeks. They are going loading it up in the AM for delivery.

on my wife’s Ranger the End ETA was close. End ETA was Nov 7 and that was the day it made it to Port of Anchorage and was delivered to dealership yesterday Nov 8. We should be picking it up tomorrow. Her Ranger was built Sept 30, Shipped Oct 13, Arrived Anchorage Alaska Nov 7. Got a chance to look at it yesterday just after they got it oh car hauler.. 15 miles on it.

Then it is back to waiting on my 250 to get built. And with nothing moving on the spreadsheet I am afraid it won’t get built during it build week.

Hi All,

My apologies if this same question has been asked somewhere else in the previous 153 pages (I am sure it has). I used the thread search function but came up dry.

I am a Canadian customer. Order placed middle of October. Week later was serialized and VIN assigned, scheduled build date second last week of November. I entered my VIN and order number on the spreadsheet beginning of last week. At this time, all fields except for: '4x4-SRW' and 'Crew Cab' cells are blank. I assume the VIN must specify these two characteristics. I have seen others add their vehicle, then a day or two later all information is populated. Mine has been there for well over a week with no change. I do notice that 98% of vehicles are US however. That said, there are other Canadian users with the full details of their trucks on the list.

I am assuming this must be a Ford Canada thing. I did manually try the three other trackers posted elsewhere and they all come back with unrecognized, no record, invalid order number or something else.

Assuming I am out of luck outside of updates from my dealer. Was more trying to gauge how accurate the times they provided were, since it would be significantly less than many have had to wait, so not sure how the order could be placed, VINed, serialized and scheduled for build less than a month later when some have been waiting months. I will add though, that I opted out of the Ford supplied spray-in bed liner and adaptive steering, since they were both commodity items. Not sure how much influence that has.

Anyone with any insight, I would be happy to hear it.

PS. Platinum Tremor in CG.

Thanks all.

I am also from Canada and my info showed up on the tracking sheet within a day of me entering the info. Does your vehicle information show up on the Mach-e site? That is where the spreadsheet info is pulled from.

Nope. I get the following:

Something's not right.

Ford didn't like the information it received. Are you sure you have the right VIN and order number combination?

There is no window sticker showing as available yet.

My order number provided by the dealer is a character and 3 numbers eg: T123

VIN is 17 characters and appears accurate.

I did see your name on the spreadsheet the other day.

Same here. Friday or Saturday. I really don’t want to pick it up in the rain but it’s hunting season and the rut’s on soooooooo…. To bad that the dealer is closed on Sunday.

Last night ford pushed the date range back a day and this morning I got the call from the dealer that it was here.😆😆

I'll post that with a pick of the truck its self. Should be able to pick it up late afternoon. I'm super excited for it. Gonna be a little adjustment coming from a 150 but need a bigger truck.

I know funnier things have happened but with the boss away, (Phoenixfla), I am still showing as “In production” in the Ford tracker and the tracker spreadsheet. In “mach-vin” tracker, just minutes ago I show a message that makes me think my Truck is ready to ship or it’s shipped.

here is a pic of the message:

Excited but I’m waiting for word from Blue Oval or Phoenixfla 🙂

Either your VIN or Order Number is wrong. Probably the order number. Canadian orders will pull up on the Mach E tracker and the spreadsheet, so once you get it working on the Mach E tracker, resubmit your info.

Thanks. I will reach out the dealer and have them verify the order number. I will provide an update in case anyone is interested.
