I've been watching trends on the spreadsheet. I was moved up to be scheduled the week of 10/25, then nothing was scheduled and Thursday an email came saying it was moved to the week of 11/1. I'm aggravated that my dealer can't figure out how to fix my email they entered incorrectly, so I have to wait until Sunday afternoon for my salesperson to forward me the email, but that's a side note. Anyways, I'm noticing a lot of people from that build week still don't have a production date on the spreadsheet, so I'm assuming they got bumped too and just didn't update the info.
My real question is, if I don't get put in production by the end of today, does that mean I'm probably going to get bumped again? What's the latest someone has been moved from scheduled to given a production date?
Original build date was 10/25, got bumped to 11/1, and as of a couple days ago it got bumped to 11/8.
Is this a common issue or did my dealer lie to me about my priority code? Originally they gave me a code of 19 and said that was top priority. -_-
I asked them to bump that up if they could and they said absolutely. However, I'm getting the idea that they lied about that.

The dealer can enter 10 to 19 for retail orders. It only helps to have a lower number if the dealer has other orders. Suggest checking out this thread, which has a great explanation of the entire ordering system.
I understand the ordering system. I'm accusing my dealership of lying and shafting me into ordering through them and not a more reputable dealer. But, I suppose that's my own fault.
I noticed the unscheduled spreadsheet enters your data instantly. When I entered my information for the scheduled tracking spreadsheet, I did not see my entry in the refreshed spreadsheet. How long until I see my entry displayed?
UPDATE....I can find my entry now!!!
Thank you.

Exactly same scenario for me. Originally scheduled 11/1, then moved up to 10/25, then moved back to 11/1 in an email from Ford which I received at 7:47pm on a Thursday. I too haven't been moved to production this week, so expect to get kicked into the larger 11/8 pool later today.
My truck was delivered to the dealer today. For everyone’s knowledge, my truck was put on a truck this morning and was delivered to STL area about 6 hours later.
ordered 06/05
SBB10/04
Built 10/14
released 10/15
shipped 10/28
delivered 10/28

Trucks go from "In Order Processing" to "In Production" Monday through Friday. Data is typically delayed 24 hours, so if yours does not go "In Production" by Saturday, you may have been bumped.
One idea on email- give them an entirely different email address thus forcing them to go in and change it. Tell them perhaps the problem is with your first email address, and you would like them to change it to a different one.
Maybe send it to them in a text or email so there is no possibility of a mistake when they write down your email.

Great info, thanks Phoenixfla! So does that mean it never happens that someone moves from "in order processing" to "in production" the same week their vehicle is built?

Once you are scheduled the priority code has no meaning. Any changes to the build week would be by Ford's scheduling department and (in my opinion) any changes to a build week are solely caused by shortages.
19 is the lowest priority for a retail order, but that does not matter now if you have a VIN.
Dealers can assign a priority code of 10-19 for a retail order. A new order defaults to 19. A lower number would be selected for scheduling before a higher number if there are no commodity restrictions.
Recently, we have seen some of the old orders (March, April maybe May) get bumped (presumably by a Regional office) to as low as 2.

Hi, I still curate the incoming submissions for the tracking spreadsheet. I get a lot of duplicate submissions, and sometimes the info submitted has a problem. An Extra space before or after the 17 digit vin causes problems, for example.
It's also difficult to delete a row because it causes a column misalignment until the next update runs. Therefore, I just remove the delivered trucks once a week.
Someday I'll find the time to create the formulas to deduplicate, verify formatting of VINS and Order Numbers and then they could auto-load. Someday.....
I try to load them a few times a day. More often on Thursdays.
Just a reminder that once a user is added, it may be a few hours before the next update runs and the data populates.
11/1 week went from large group to small. 11/8 was not to big, now it is large. Something strange is going on but we will never know. If you have a truck that is built or delivered, you are lucky. My dealer who is rather big, told me they only have received one 450 at this point. Don't know if a 450 build is more difficult than the rest. There are numerous 450 deliveries mentioned on this site. I am into my 8th month of this fun.

I've never seen that happen. Sometimes they take longer than 7 days after going In Production, but I've never seen a truck go in production and then be built the same week.

From watching the spreadsheet data for a while, it seems F-450s cluster to certain weeks. Could be coincidence, or perhaps there is a reason for it?
