Yes, it comes right from the window sticker. Every day (M-F) they send trucks to production to be built the following week. The window stickers become available the evening they are sent to production.
My truck is headed Westbound, passed through King Meadows MT this morning at 9:39am MT. Probably just another couple days on the rails till it hits Western WA and then hopefully quickly to my dealer.
Got the email from Ford that the truck is built. Hopefully Horizontal Hunter's rig is done too since we were basically on the same day. I'd have to assume that since he's in MA and I'm in CT that both rigs will be on the same rail line but maybe not.
OK, so my truck was ordered 4/23, STP on 9/30, built on 10/11, shipped on 10/12 and end-of-line in Houston Tx railyard on 10/19. I just received a call from my dealer saying they have received the truck and that it will be ready for me tomorrow morning. That's 9 days transport to delivery as opposed to the 10/29 to 11/04 ETA dates!

Mine was Built on 8/17 and I was driving it 9 days later after delivery to FL. I'm not even talking shipped, I mean it rolled off the line and 9 days later was in my driveway.

Spreadsheet is being a major PITA today. Its insisting on including blank lines in the sort causing a bug gap on the spreadsheet. Never did this before, and I'm trying different formulas to remove the blank lines. It may look funky for a while cause i'm getting frustrated and need to take a break.

Take whatever break you need. I was wondering if it was just me earlier or what was going on.
Thank you so, so much for all the work to get that spreadsheet working along with all the other ways of tracking these rigs.
EDIT: HA! It just occurred to me it'll be two years exactly from joining the forum to actually having another Ford truck.

Well I briefly held the record for most days between order and delivery at 204 days! The good news is that my truck was delivered in only 9 day to northern Minnesota. I picked it up on Tuesday and am super stoked to have my first brand new truck! I am very impressed with just about everything. I did make a few mistakes ordering that could have been prevented if I had found this site before ordering and/or had a more knowledgeable sales guy. I checked the box for 11,400 gvw as that was the highest one listed. It does not bother me too much as I know it is just a paper de-rating. I did not realize that heated steering wheel does come with the Larriat value package with heated seats. That one is a bummer cause it would be a very nice feature when ice fishing at 30 below or late season pheasant hunts in North Dakota.
The only performance gripe I have so far is the accelerator delay. It is quite noticeable and irritating. I am going to order the Banks Pedal Monster unless you guys have a better sollution. Shop needs some cleanup but been too busy gazing at my my long lusted over new truck.
I ordered my truck on 7-26-2021, got my in production early October, my window sticker was created on 10-13-2021. The window sticker was dated at the bottom and available on 10-15-2021. The window sticker has changed dates at the bottom to 10-22-2021. Does that mean what I think? It's been built!

Try this before you spend any money...it resets the pedal.
"Turn the key to the on position but DON'T start the engine. Now press the gas peddle to the floor SLOWLY and let it come up/back as fast as you can, turn key to the off position. Repeat this two more times, for a total of 3 times."
