Hello everyone! I picked up my 1995 F350 back in August of 2020 and have put a lot of work into it so far. The main purpose of this truck is to tow my Tacoma to the trails. It has since become my daily driver as well. I figure I should stop bugging the Toyota guys with my Ford questions and issues, and instead post about it here. I have been reading on here and various other Ford forums, and that has gotten me this far. My truck is a 1995 CCLB XLT F350 with the 7.3L powerstroke motor. It started its life by leaving Ford and going to a company called A&J Vans. They then replaced the seats, overhead console, door trim, added an electric back window, and painted striping on the side. The truck then spent its life under its two main owner's for 20 years in Oregon and then California. In 2016 The owner sold it to his son in law, who brought it to Colorado. The truck had 190,000 miles on it at that point. In 2020 he sold the truck to me with 219,000 miles. At this time, there were only a few modifications to the truck, and the transmission was rebuilt at 195,000. The last owner received it bone stock and did the following: Turbo back exhaust with a small muffler, Full Force Diesel 160cc/0% injectors, a hydra tuner, S&B cold air intake, and a roughly 4" lift in the front with a reverse shackle kit. Other than that, at some point in its life, it received a Lund Visor, a trailer brake controller, and plenty of holes in the bed from 5th wheels and campers. Overall this truck has been fantastic. It pulls my Tacoma over steep mountain passes without missing a beat. The farthest haul I have made is from Northern Colorado to King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley California. So far, the truck is at 240,000 miles, and here is a list of what I have done as of 1/20/22 (month of install listed on wear parts/parts I want to track):

Sweet rig! Where are you at in Colorado? I just brought my OBS up from Florida after dragging it there from California.
I would pass on the T500 and go with a CNCFAB pump. Corey is the man and you can reach him on the phone. Also has steel inserts on every pump. I have his stage 1 and love it so far.

I’m up in Windsor, how about you?
good to know on the CNCFAB HPOP. I’ll have to look into it. I’ve been doing a good bit of research and all that was turning up is the T500 and Adrenaline pumps

I'm down in Firestone, hit me up if you're in the area and we can bs and talk trucks.
Adrenaline and T500 is hit or miss these days from what I hear. Corey bench tests his pumps for flow before shipping them out, which is a big reason I went with his pump.

Small world. I grew up outside of Longmont and my main office (that I almost never visit) is in Frederick. Do you know what the price point and turnaround time on getting one of those pumps is?
I think its 535 for their stage 1 pump now. I chose to get one sent out and then send my core back and get refunded. Really depends on his stock, but his website is pretty up to date. You'd have to call him for a turn around on sending your core if you went that route.
I'm new to the area but I love it so far.. My wife and I grew up on the west coast so getting back to the mountains from being stationed in Florida with the USAF is awesome.

that’s not a bad price at all. I’ll have to give them a call tomorrow. Firestone and the front range as a whole are exploding, but it’s still a nice place to live. I have family in Florida and have never understood why people want to live there haha
Thank you! it’s been awesome. Really made a big difference on how hard the steering wheel tries to leave my hands in large bumps, ruts, etc.
Awesome. As soon as I get some of the list knocked out I'm gonna look at getting one. I probably should order the SD version, axle's the same so should fall right on.
Is you truck a stick or an auto?
You looked into doing body mounts? Looks like you may have some worn rears.

unfortunately it’s an auto. I looked for 2 years before buying this truck, and only saw 3 OBS CCLB 350s in Colorado or Wyoming that had the 7.3 and zf5. 2 were rust buckets and one was $25k haha. When my E4OD eventually gives up I’ll either do an Allison swap or a zf6. Depending on the available funds at the time.
Yeahhhh I need to do body mounts. But from what I’ve seen they are $400+ so it has taken the back burner to the more important items
Glad to see another build going! And another Coloradan! Looks like you’ve done a lot of work
surprised to find so many Coloradans so quickly on here! Thank you! Nothing too crazy, but I’m trying to get it to the point where it can haul like a new truck would from the factory
Here are some pictures! The typical load is the white Tacoma (yes I’m dumb and bought the truck brand new, drove it 100k in 4 years and now it’s basically a trailer queen). Helped a buddy move his international pickup from his uncles place to his. The green camper is a fixer upper. I’m in the process of remodeling and repainting it for resale. And some interior pics! The wood needs a little refinishing, but the interior is awesome!
