Well, not sure what to say. The thing that throws me for a loop is the idle sounding different here vs just when the truck is warmed up. Never had a vehicle that did that.
I can hear it. The video appears to start with the noise, then it gets somewhat quiet then comes back again. It seems a little more pronounced at the beginning and at the end of the video. Could you capture this idle sound under the truck instead - might stand out a bit more for us when it occurs.
As far as isolating it - would looking at PerDels help? You might need a known good injector to swap out an injector suspect. I'm basing this on the adventures Tugly had with his rig.
Have you tried different CPS styles to see what your truck prefers?
I have swapped between a new Motorcraft CPS and a black one that I assume is the original version. Didn't seem to yield any change. I'll see about capturing an idle sound... is tricky as I live directly off a busy street.
Perdels would be incredibly useful to see but I've just confirmed that my PCM doesn't expose those PIDs to Forscan Lite, even after the truck has been warmed up. The CCT comes back clean the last several times I've run it.
Seems the only way forward is to remove the valve covers and start unplugging injectors.

Good reason to go on another camping trip. What about pointing a PVC pipe at various parts of the engine and holding the other end to your ear/microphone to isolate where the noise is coming from?
Already been looking a coast get away. Just a matter of finding car-camp legal places (surprisingly not straight forward!).

Was in the country and had a change to push the go pedal to the floor and see what happens. I used a PHP 65HP Performance tune. Was impromptu so didn't record all the PIDs, but the important ones are here:
ICP was ~ 2650 PSI average. Curiously the IPR slowly increased from 50 to 60%... does this signify tired HPOP or injectors? Evidently boost sensor tops at 25... need to get an analog gauge installed. EGT was around 1100-1150 by the end.
Does pedal position top out at 65 percent? Pretty sure it was to the floor. The pulsewidth sawtooth pattern is the injectors being indecisive about whether they want to start firing after coasting. Any idea why this is happening?
Wouldn't be proper post in this thread without another video of the knocking. Seems to be much worse after the truck has been driven hard. Really curious what would cause an injector to make a noise like this. I ran a CCT while it was idling with intermittent knocking. No errors detected.
In my experience, a tired HPOP struggles to make high ICP vs tired injectors that make good ICP, but it falls off and DC increases with extended WOT.
The noise you are hearing can totally be related to injector wear. That does not mean catastrophic failure is eminent. Your truck could run like that for a looooong time.
@FinnishStroker Knocking never occurs while coasting. Only when injectors are firing and warmed up. Yes I've the four line feed, new fuel pump, hutch mods. No I haven't checked fuel pressure yet because I'm really lazy ; )
@SkySkiJason I guess that bodes well for the health of the used HPOP I put in.
