I probably should have posted a thread about doing the whole thing honestly. Thank for the offer though. Any good tips for doing all this with the motor in the truck? It sounds like the motor needs to be rocked to do the studs?
Lol that can be taken a few different ways. How have you been doing Glenn?
HA HA your right! Been doing good, its strange staying in one spot this year, damn virus!

Heard the joke about the guy who fell off the tenth floor? As he fell a guy yelled at him from the forth floor "how you doing?". The falling guy yelled back "doing good so far". You sure are staying busy Aaron! I can't keep up with all your projects lol. When your camping do you find it hard to sit and relax? LMAF
I didn't rock the engine when I did mine I dont think. The drivers rear few are a challenge tho for sure.
kn the springs just fake your time and turn the engine over so each piston is up on the cylinder you are working on. Then it's no biggie that valve can go anywhere.
Glenn, I'm wore out sir. Still so much to do. It can be challenging to sit and relax but I'm trying lol.

August I'll be 70 and I'm still trying to learn to relax, lol. I sit down for a few minutes and I have to get up and go do something. Today I dragged out Patty's first car from storage, a 68 Buick Skylark. I cleaned it up, what a mess. The plates say 91 but it still runs. Sit around long enough I'll rebuild that 61 Ranchero!

Does this look about right? This is on a spare motor.
