I am curious, can you share what kind of fuel setup you're using? Could not remember from previous threads and posts. I am interested in seeing how fuel lines route around the T4 pedestals (CSD vs Irate vs stock turbo pedestal). I want to do e-fuel soon, and maybe, one of these days, upgrade to a T4-style turbo. Want to make sure whatever fuel setup I go with the supply lines will route around both factory and T4-style turbo pedestals okay. Whenever you get to that point would you mind sharing some photos please? Thanks much.
I had to do some grinding on the pedestal, but nothing horrible for the fuel lines.

Did you put the downpipe in before or after the up pipes? How bad was the clearance?

Tried it all different ways. Used a porta power, and still ended up having to cut. I'm one of the lucky ones with almost no clearance.

Looks like when I get around to mine I'll need to have my big boy tools out.

Was clearance bad with a 3" downpipe before? Or were you coming from the stocker?

Thanks for the pictures, very helpful for clarifying fuel line routing around the T4 pedestal. I posted in another thread looking for this. Looks like you had to remove quite a bit of material for the driver's side line. You just cut it out with a grinder? So I assume it sits pretty flat against the heads, not much, if any, clearance for lines to fit between side of pedestal and head/intake plenum, correct? Thanks again for sharing, good to see it coming together.

Need some advice/help. Just fired the truck up, and got oil coming out of the downpipe. Maybe I got the return line at too much of a angle?

Assuming you're only seeing oil in the pipe and no external leaks? Only time I've heard of oil in the exhaust is when a turbo goes out. But that doesn't seem right given it's a brand new Borg...

From what little I found on google it relates to the drain and ccv system. I'll have to mess with the drain line some more

Are you venting to atmosphere or to the intake tube?

Atmosphere for right now. I reclocked the turbo and it slowed down a lot. Might be as simple as just messing with the line a little more. If not a new return line, and lesson learned. Got to have it road worthy by next Thursday. Going camping, and need to tow a trailer.

Do you have the drain clocked straight down?

How does the drain make it around to the back? I'm gonna need some pics. BW has very specific drain requirements. I'm curious to see what's going on here..

Ill have to double check. I had the feed perfectly flat, but it put a bad stretch on the return line. Put the feed at about 15 degrees, but still getting a drip out of the downpipe.
