How does the drain make it around to the back? I'm gonna need some pics. BW has very specific drain requirements. I'm curious to see what's going on here..
The drain goes down and back to the stock location of the drain. It's a fitting through the pedestal directly to the drain hole. It's flexible metal drain line. Looks almost like coragated pipe. I'll get some pictures in the morning.

Maybe they don't like being ran without the intercooler hooked up? Not sure, but about ready to go up and work on it. Glad I had a few days off lol.

Sweet deal!!
I don't think they care about IC.
The drain if you read on BW is very suggestive that it be straight down and unobstructed.
I'm glad you got it. Now let's tow and see how great it is!!

Also I plan on a 6l fan blade. Mine would creep up when pulling hard for long distances.
Get it man. I like it!!

Intercooler all tied in. About time for a test drive. Last but not least is to tie the exhaust in with the downpipe.

Well it runs and drives great. Popped a boot at 40psi, but it was at a joint I half expected. Still need to connect the exhaust.

So I assume it sits pretty flat against the heads, not much, if any, clearance for lines to fit between side of pedestal and head/intake plenum, correct? Thanks again for sharing, good to see it coming together.
Yes I had use a grinder to make room. If I would have had more time I would have got a different set up from Marty. Really no big deal though.

Thanks for the responses. Glad to hear it's running and the oil drain issue is fixed. I've read these turbos are sensitive about the angle of the drain like Aaron mentioned. Would be interested in seeing photos of the finished product whenever you get around to it, specifically the drain, DP fitment, etc. Very curious to hear how this setup does.

I need to build a new bracket for my fuel regulator, but unrelated to the t4 install. When I take it apart sometime in the future I will get a picture of the return line.

Looks great man! I bet you're glad to have it done. How was the intake Y fit on the Riff Raff plenums?

Thanks and yes glad to be done. The intake y was perfect on the plenums. Going to do the rest brakes today. I've put that off for too long now.

The trailer is on it right now. Leaving first thing in the morning. Not real heavy, but about 10,000 pounds should be a decent test. Only weak link I for see is the clutch. When I hit 40psi it's not happy at all. That's the next project lol.
