Well the kit showed up, and it looks great. Going to paint some stuff with VHT flamefroof paint, and wrap the down pipe.

Yep, that stuff is to hot to handle. Triple digit is tough, even in the Black Hills of SD its been in the upper 90's!

I'm green with envy over here.

I've all but resigned myself to getting drenched in sweat down here in FL during the summer and having a big shop fan going and constantly drink water is the only thing I can think of to deal with it. It's miserable but doable for a couple hours. Anything past that is asking for trouble.

Thanks for sharing photos, looking forward to seeing it come together.

I am curious, can you share what kind of fuel setup you're using? Could not remember from previous threads and posts. I am interested in seeing how fuel lines route around the T4 pedestals (CSD vs Irate vs stock turbo pedestal). I want to do e-fuel soon, and maybe, one of these days, upgrade to a T4-style turbo. Want to make sure whatever fuel setup I go with the supply lines will route around both factory and T4-style turbo pedestals okay. Whenever you get to that point would you mind sharing some photos please? Thanks much.

I'm running Marty's diesel efuel kit. The rear feeds are stock going into a custom block. Carson said it should fit under the pedestal no problem. I talked to Marty about changing the rear feeds, but he said there isn't much of a gain. I will share as many pictures as possible. I will definitely get you pictures of the feed lines. Just came in from working on it actually.

Thanks. Mocking the turbo up...that looks like a really fun part.

Yes I recall Marty uses a custom block into the stock banjo bolt and supply lines. While I like that approach, I assume it would only work with CSD's kit as I assume Marty's block would be in the way of Irate's drain. This is the kind of thing I'm trying to plan ahead for now. Thanks again for sharing.

The main reason I went with the CSD kit is I didn't like the oil feed and drain on the Irate kit. Probably nothing wrong with it, but I feel better with the CSD system.
