Got it ordered this morning. He is very detail oriented, and wants everything to be right. Great guy to deal with. When the kit shows up I'll be sure to post pictures.

Carson has great customer service in the few emails I've sent him, answering all my dumb questions. Anything out of the ordinary you specified in your kit?

A extra intake tube to work with the 6637. He said the kit was engineered for the S&B intake. Sent him pictures of the current intake set up, and he thought the second intake tube would be a good idea. Other than that just some boots to finish things up. Went with the 1.00 housing on the 369.

When I do mine, I'm going with the 366sxe and 1.0 exhaust side. But I'm not sure on injectors yet. Either 160/0 or 160/80 I think. I want to tow reliably. 37.5 foot toy hauler.

In my humble opinion 160/0 is the only way to go pulling heavy. My 5er was 14K out of the factory and loaded is 18K, any bigger then stage I's and you will run HOT!! I tried bigger injectors and it ran way to HOT. Even with stage I's I can bury the EGT gauge if I want to.

My OBS has some old DI high rise plenums that I got from Glenn on here. On my Super Duty I use Riff Raff billet plenums. I love them both.

For 160s no matter the nozzle go with a 0.91 housing on the S366.

Strokin, not sure on the .91, Glenn has the 1.0 exhaust and it seems to work well. He is also running 160/0. But I had thought about the .91 for sure. Not sure if there would be a noticeable difference on spool up or not. I'm running the 1.0 on my turbo now and don't have a problem except EGT's of course. Really hope the T4 will cure this.

1.0 on the stock turbo is different than a 1.0 on a turbo with a bigger turbine wheel. I didn't realize Glenn went to a 1.0 housing, but I feel like I may have discussed that with him some years ago. Lol. I would run a 1.0 if you're going to be downshifting on hills and running it at 2500+ up hills. I personally run a 0.91 on my S365 FMW with 160/100s and a ZF6. I don't have EGT issues unless something forces me to pull a hill below around 2000 RPM. If I can hit a hill above 2200 RPM it'll pull 20k in overdrive no problem. I don't pull the mountain grades or at the altitude that Glenn does and our trucks are totally different so it's not a great comparison.
