Your gauge cluster came out so nice I wanted that too. The green is pretty dang bright with the white LEDs. I dont get why everyone wants to change the color though, I think the green gauges look pretty good.

I really needed to pull it to clear out the dust, but used the leds as an excuse to pull it.

Thanks brother! Much appreciated. Yeah, I agree. I did green at first, but it was too much. The white ones were perfect for this application.

I saw someone else on the web do green LED's and it was too much, like the Hulk threw up on the dash.

Did you end up doing the climate control panel as well? I have some extra for that I need to do.

I did. Two of the smaller bulbs is what it takes. Looks great as well.

They might be the same size in the obs. I don't remember.

Great thread, just read thru everything. Curious how the larger rear tank works out with spare tire. Subscribed!

Looks great man, lots of stuff done since I last checked your thread.
I also did the green LEDs on the dash looks just like yours. I used Ebay special assortment for like $12. I even bought some for my flip truck.

Thanks man! I try to keep busy and it drives my wife nuts. "I see all your little charges on Amazon." So I always tell her at least I'm not out at the bar drinking, I'm at home drinking.

Those Blue LED's look awesome. I'm still amazed how bright it is, I really should have done this much sooner than I did. I am having issues with one of the cluster lights so I'll try to get that rectified tomorrow as well.

Hoping to get the tank in tomorrow. 3rd time's the charm.... I guess I didn't tighten the compression fittings all the way before, but I wanted to redo the draw straw anyway. I'm getting awfully good at dropping and installing tanks with all these revisions I'm making.

Finally got the tank squared away. Started to mount the spare and now I can't find the stuff to bolt the tire to the cross brace. So thats on order.

I forgot how frigging heavy this spare is.

Anyway Heres what it will look like.. 10.5 inches of clearance to the ground at the lowest point in the front. Looks like less than there is, but its still about half an inch above the bottom of the rear diff.

I started with 24" of 5/8's grade 8 rod and cut 8" off each rod. Husky towing PN 32767 are 5/8's captured nuts to replace the smaller factory ones. The 5/8's hardware fits the frame fine, but I had to take a dremel to the cross bar to open it up. Looks like this will work out great, now I'm just waiting on a couple pieces to finish it up!

Wouldn't have that ground clearance issue if you picked up a second spare and ran them on the outside of the rears.

Good to hear you finally got that tank knocked out. Whats next ked? T4?

Not yet ordered a turbo..?
I can't recall your injectors size?

What about 363 with bigger turbine..?
Bigger 80/73 turbine would work with that 63/88 compressor..

My 86/72 turbine spins that 61.5/99 compressor quite well..

IMO it is a waste to stick with stock size turbine (yeah, better design),when upgrading turbo and injectors.. 🤔

This is true... 🤔 I have another small thing to knock out and then it'll be onto the T4. I'll most likely start another thread for that one though.

I was planning on the 363/68/.91 since 3 of the SD guys swapped to that from the 364.5/74/.91 and loved it. I am after fast spool up but I'm not fully sold on anything yet. I think the 363/74/.91 would probably be a good match as well.

I dont pull anything yet with this truck. And usually drive it pretty easy. Not sure if the large turbine would spool quick enough. My truck is usually shifting by 2100 rpms with the current tunes and 4.10s.

Injector size is 160/0 ACs.
