I quit, I have downloaded USB2 about 7 times and unzipped it with four different apps and still keep getting only four files! The main zip file that I get is 1.9 gig - every time, from Tricon's Google Drive link. I even went down to my main PC downstairs to download hardwired to avoid maybe a WiFi issue! I've used WinZip, 7-zip and last night tried Win-RAR like someone suggested - same chit! These are the files I end up with as Nav 3.4:
Can anyone confirm that after this upgrade they can now access upper Sirius channels like #309, JamOn? Also, can anyone confirm they did the just two USB upgrade directly to v3.4 19274 (by substituting 5U5T-14G381-CJ.tar.gz) ?

Thank you - I actually found it about 10 minutes before your post! I was probably downloading while you were posting... it had to have been some kind of "Timeout" on the Zip procedure while the zip app was trying to make the original files to save from the Google drive, I guess! Now, I just have to work up the gnads to try it on my new 2019 truck!!!

sync won’t let you mess it up, keep truck running if you can(I remote started from FordPass and kept extending) follow the onscreen prompts it’s easy
Has @Tricon or anyone else noticed on the FB post Tony Hooton says to have TWO files on USB 3, while Tricon's Google Drive only has one under USB3? Kinda weird...
Here is the USB3 from the FB group/Tony Hooton. You can see the added files in the root and in the Sync folder..
I don’t know if the maps updated correctly. What should the Navigation Maps Version be? Mine says “NA 118” after installing USB 3 and restarting the truck.

AB is a utility that creates the Sync 3 Update Log File and it's not required or needed for this upgrade.
DONTINDX.MSA is a file that tells the system to NOT index the USB drive. Helps with large installs, but is not an issue with this upgrade if you don't have it.
I was wondering, does the truck have to be running? Or what? I didnt think you could keep accessory power on for that long.. I thought the truck would time out in 10 mins or so.
Yes. You need it keep it running to avoid a loss of power during the upgrade(s). If you're using a USB 3.0 drive the upgrade(s) go faster.
Can someone help me with the process of downgrading from 3.4 to 3.3? I like the older style better and seen someone post that this is possible to go back to 3.3 or 3.2. I had 3.0 originally on my 2018 F150 with Nav.
Also, before I upgraded from 3.0 to 3.4, I did a backup of my APIM on FORscan. Could I just recopy that back to my Sync and be back to 3.0?

I've not done this myself, but here's what's been widely reported to work:
