Nice and warm today, Shawn. Been going through the 95 F250. Hadn't had a chance to check things out since I bought it. Finishing packing front wheel bearings. Knew it had brakes done but, not sure about the bearings. Now I know. Still had Ford wheel seals , so don't know if original or a Ford dealer did the last job. Didn't like the looks of the rt caliper so going to replace calipers and go to ceramic pads.
Your truck back together.?
i would stick with semi-metallics on the 250... wouldnt recommend ceramics there... it wasnt a fun experience on the 350 with ceramics... (not being able to stop was scary).. fine for a sports car but not for a truck...
nope... been playing around at it a bit... painting the new parts and baking them... ect ect.. threw the original battery tray back in... got tired of the aftermarket air box always being in the way every time i needed to work on something.. so put the original back in.. Then my neice was born on the 9th so went to "play" with her a bit... about as much playing as you can do with a new born... lol... least she was nicer to me than her brother... she puked, peed and pooped on everyone else.. but didnt do that to me... her brother when he was little like that puked on me... so nicer so far
Tried some NAPA "premium" pads on my 87. Don't remember if the were ceramic or not. The 87 didn't really want to stop , especially down hill with a loaded car trailer. Warranteed those pads for some cheaper ones that worked better.
Didn’t know and the second leader, might have to look into that if I ever figure out what im
suppused to be doing.
Mako, I don’t want to remove those that are no longer with us. Which is why I haven’t been culling the role. In years to come when their family hits the google, I want their name to be out here, maybe they’ll find some words from their loved one they never heard or saw before. But like to get the list to something that shows an accurate number. Right now we’re in the 100 plus range.
Mornen fellers!
We're finally in the 50's for the next week, so I can clean that nasty brown truck, and we're about ready to get Ka'Bluey fired up and get those tires on there and see about passing an MVI.

i thought you were referring to the mods wanting to cull the CL's of the forum... lol not the state members check in list.... There i do think a new list should be started... Maybe with a new thread but keep the old one still around for the searcher reason.... make a new thread for the members that are still active and the old one can be locked for when like you said that people who come searching for the family members can see their name...

71 here today... but the winds being pretty steady and strong making it feel more like the 60's but still nice...
Tim and I did get some garage time in. The tires are ready for Ka'Bluey, and I made a path to the Shopsmith and have it set up to rip the baseboards and hope to get those back up this weekend.
I'm going to an adoption event this morning and giving that dog we're fostering back to them. She's doing way better than she was when we brought her home. Then the house was just an indoor bathroom, and she still is peeing in the house at times, and putting new flooring down, even though it's laminate, I don't want it peed on. We were told that she was house trained, clearly, she is not.
Hoping to get a little fishing in this weekend too.
Hope y'all are doing well.
Bob
Bob, Good luck with getting Ka'Bluey rolling again. Let us know how it goes.
We had a nice weekend, weather wise here. Well mostly. Got the camper out Friday night and hauled it down to Jordan Lake for the first trial run. For this trip, we just wanted to try out sleeping in the thing, as well as the stove, furnace (also got to try the AC as well) fridge. Overall, it went pretty smoothly. Of course, it was pouring rain when we hooked it up and loaded it up. Saturday went well though, Wesley came out and joined Catherine the kids and I out at the campground. It would have been really nice to figure out and have the water system set up. But one step at a time. By the trip next month, we will have that sorted out. Also should have the one ton back on the road (fingers crossed).
