There was a earlier post about the full Kit from Camera Source https://camera-source.com/
it is about $325.00 I looked into this and seemed like the way to go. When I went to dealer the parts guy said you cant do it with ford parts. Go after market he said. This was only one guy. How's your project going?

The Part number I found was 14A411C, I'm not sure if anyone has the ability to look that number up but its only a 10.00 part so I doubt that's the harness and my dealer isn't really "friendly" with these types of questions.

I installed a gooseneck ball in my 16’ F-150 to haul a trailer. I solved the sight issue by installing a 2CH (1080P) dash cam. I bought The Lucas brand. It pairs to my iPad seemlessly. I simply turn the camera down a bit and use the invert option so Left right turn match the steering wheel. Two bonuses are I’m recording all crazy drivers front and back. As well the Lucas system also operates like a closed circuit TV for up to 100’ direct line of site. Basically if your in a cafe or restaurant you can monitor the front and back of your rig with only a 1sec delay. Works awesome.

Since you have the FU2Z-14S411-DB pigtail, from my diagram, maybe getting FU2Z-14S411-DA would complete the cable, with a little soldering of course...
Or...with the proper pins and crimper, it would appear, all one may have to do is add wires at Pins 1 (Fuse 34) & 2 (Rear Camera Park Assist).
The only fuse I found listed for any camera, is Fuse 34, labeled as:
Blind spot information system.
Run-start.
Front camera.
Rear camera.
