Just check the Ford parts site and there are several different camera modules (image processing units) depending on if you just have the rear camera, rear camera + 3rd brake light camera, the external trailer camera option, or the towing vision system (360 view). If you have just the rear camera from the factory then you only to have to swap the module to be able to add the 3rd brake light camera. The generic part number is 19H405, and is not cheap either.

I don't believe your getting a complete assembly. I Googled your part number (which is similar to the one I had), and they all come up with just a camera (I'd assume) for $75 - $80. Changing the suffix letter, bring up different cameras. I THINK the CHMSL + Camera should be closer to a couple hundred.
This description from FordPartsGiant.com doesn't even mention the High Mount Stop (I did not highlight or bold any of the below, its all cut-n-paste, so no emphasis intended):This part fits the following vehicle options:

I too have a lariat, but didn't opt for the ultimate package because I didn't want the sun roof. It amazes me that there'd be so many choices for that camera. I would think if you have the premium stereo they'd all be the same. Oh well if it doesn't work it'll be an expensive mistake on my part...not like I haven't been down that road before.

Rage on Sarge!!! I’m wondering how this will work! The only thing that would concern me would be the inablility to switch between the tailgate camera and the CHSML camera since you wouldn’t have the button on the dash.

Parts did show up today, the Lamp HC3Z-13A613-D is a LED lamp with Camera. I'm not sure if the lamp portion will even work with my truck as I don't have LED's that's the first part of the bad news, the second part is the harness number FU2Z-14S411-DB is just a pig tail not the entire harness that would go between the CHSML and the connector on the C-Pillar.
I'm going to plug the lamp in and see if it works and go from there.
Update...The plugs aren't even close, back to the drawing board.

Its all good, I am able to return it if its in opened. I'm more than determined to make this work now...its got me that mad. So I had to go to the dealer and pick up some parts for an 07 I have in the shop and I decided to check out what was on the lot. Low and behold there was a 17 F350 Lariat with just the tail gate and CHMSL camera on it, no LED lights, not trailer bundle just those 2 camera. I snapped a picture of the VIN and also the dash, it looks as though you guys are correct and the camera selector button will need to be added as well. Here are the pictures of the harness repair kit that came, I didn't bother to take pictures of the high mount lamp assembly as I figured everyone knew what the look like. The new lamp with camera has a 8 or 10 pin connector compared to the 4 pin that's in my truck. Also the head liner will need to be lowered in the back in order to unplug the connector, there just isn't enough room to get a finger or anything in there, and the wire isn't long enough they way they mount it.
