You have to look at it as you can't drive to Langley BC and back for $220 Morris, that's the way I look at it if I need something. You'd still be getting a cheap fender..
Morning Morris. A windy day here. And a traffic nightmare is about to begin soon. One of the main highways is going to become 2 way traffic until 2021 due to a bridge replacement. And the city is replacing a bridge on a main road that will take 3 years to replace. And a retaining wall decided to start collapsing yesterday on another major city street so a block of that street is closed.
You`re right about the cost John plus it`s a 16 hr trip. It would make for an interesting trip in the summer as a friend of mine just moved to Ladysmith BC.
Sounds like a real mess Shaun. We're getting near the end of a three yr mess as both major east entrances into Saskatoon over passes are coming to completion next summer.
The bridges are old and need replaced. So better to deal with teh headaches from that then have something fall down. As for the wall that has a major rail line shutdown as well until it can be stabilized.
That it will be onthe one bridge Morris. The other one it wont be wider because of where it has to go. It goes under and around the supports for 2 other bridges and it also goes aver 2 different rail yards and at least 20 different tracks.

Thanks Grant, I finally emailed Kurt yesterday and he got back to me amazingly quickly saying that $220 is a good rate on the fender shipping cost.

I have a 54 grill which I hoped to use in my 53 till I found out that it needed a matching 54 gravel pan, now it's going to be my wall art next to the 53 and 55 grills. I don't have a 56 grill any more. I`m using the 53 grill that was nicely restored and painted late this summer. I ordered the re-pop 53 shipping damaged fender today, good news is that the shipping is expected to be only $110 instead of $200.
