Its a good puttering around day, the lady I'm installing the ballast for is driving me around today so that saves the hassle of parking the truck and walking the length of the parking lots every where I go Shaun. My truck is just big enough to guarantee a parking space far away from the entrance of all the malls and stores, might do the A&W today as I have coupons. Lol
I know how that is Perry. I drive a crew cab long bed. I pretty much have to park out at the end of the parking lots so I can take up 2 spaces. If I have my trailer hooked up I park length wise and take up several spots out near the edge of the lot.
I'm 22' long and have west coast mirrors that make me 8.5' wide, it puts me I to the big truck category when driving as I'm always watching my mirrors because they're no high enough to clear idiots. If I'm to close to the sidewalk I become a head hunter, lol.
Perry I have to watch out on my drive home since the sidewalk is way to close to the road in a few spots. In fact I have to zig zag in a few places to avoid trees that stick out too far let alone people.
I found home for most of mine John, I just have a few 53 Ford/Mercury parts trucks that I`m keeping for now.
This one was for sale locally last winter, I passed on it since they already had an offer of $4,000 on it.
The fender should be shipped today and arrive about Thursday.
Truck looks reasonably in good shape but think $4,000 is too much for it
Howdy y'all.. making beef and noodles for supper tonight for the daughter and her crew..
was out and about for a bit today..
sounds like a busy day for you Perry just running errands..
Its a day away from the regular routine so its like a day off, now that I'm home its back to work for an hour or so getting the last of the lights going. Enjoy the beef and noodles.
My day will be done by 530 and then I'll probably walk to the local grocery store for the 15 minute walk and do some visiting just to enjoy the Las of the really warm days as it cools off this next day or 2. Friday is visitation day for my brother and I'll drop off his supplies, pay any bills that he has and do the cat food run when I come home seeing as the transit stop is at the mall. That trip is a kill 4 birds with one stone trip so it comes in handy.
