Hello on a very dull and frosty day.
How many wireless headset bases is there Shaun? A good thing that you have back up equipment.
Hello Grant, do you have any trucks running near Langley BC? I`m thinking of getting a fender for my 53 from the Old Car Centre and the freight is $220 which seems high.
How are the roads John? Have a safe trip to Dryden.
Hope your toe gets better soon Steve, how sore is it? Perhaps some time off would help it heal quicker.
That it is Steve. Building inspectors are at both locations right now. The trash truck also ruptured the saddle tanks and was leaking fuel. Afternoon Morris. We have 3 wireless sets for the workstations. Only one stopped working for a bit this morning. We can go to a corded option for our headsets in the event something like that happens. Back up equipment is essential with what I do. One of the systems we have has a back up just for the back up.
The car that crashed into the post office they are thinking it was a case of the driver mistaking the gas pedal for the brake pedal. Not sure on the trash truck that crashed into the house yet. They are looking to see if it was a mechanical failure, driver error, medical issue with the driver or something else right now.
Once in a long while there is a vehicle building accident, most of the time it`s a driver hitting the gas instead of the brake, rarely it's a medical condition. A brand new highway overpass was hit by a semi carrying an oversized load this fall a few days before it was even officially open.
Usually that is what happens here Morris. Person mistakes the gas for the brake and runs into the building. We have had trucks hit a few bridges in my area over the years. Worst one was a tractor trailer with an oversized load on it. The boom on the excavator was not down far enough. He hit a pedestrain bridge over the highway and knocked it down. The debris hit a few cars and killed 1 person injured 3.
My internet went down briefly.
Enjoy your day off Steve and rest your toe, I know how painful that can be.
My wife won`t let me do the laundry but I don't ever complain.
We don't see BC very much anymore. Contact Kurt @ Pearson Transport in Langley, mention you're a friend of mine. He might be able to save you some cash.
I figured I might as well do as much as I could since I choose to be homebound.. Stripped the bed and doing that laundry as well.. I was doing laundry even when the wife was here..
