Its a cold drizzly day out here but right now there's a line up up doves at the bird feeder. There's a pair of Blue Jays that show up along with the Whisky Jacks/ Grey Jays, the chickadee sized birds show up in waves of about 2 dozen and these Starling look a likes should be here soon. Perkins next door and the lady across the street both like the feeder and the Avian variety that it attracts. I use a song bird mix that has dried fruit and sunflower seed in the mix of grain seeds, seems to work okay.

This will likely become a house cleaning day as its really humid and cold on the lungs, also have company coming in on Monday for a few days, the cats should like that.

No more lawn mowing to be done this year.

I sure don't like this cold and sloppy weather that's hanging around for the next week or so Steve, it brings out all the old aches and pains.

This kind of weather seems to bring out every bit of arthritis in my body and amplifies it 10 fold. This bird feeder has been going nonstop today and I topped it off an hour ago.

Today's mow will likely be the last here Morris. Been cheap on gas this year, only used about 3 gallons of gas and still have some in the tractor...

Morning Grant, raining here today again. Beautiful yesterday so mowed the grass, something I didn't need to do the last 10 weeks but weeds were starting to tower over the grass..
