If it ever floods at the elevation that I'm at, we are all SOL. Have company for a few days and today was strange in the sense that I dealt with my mechanic brother at 8 this morning and was dealing with my care home brother at 11. First time since my grandpa's funeral 16 years ago that I've seen them both in the same day, slightly estranged family. Today is friggin cold and humid to the point that my thumbs are tingling, 6c but feels like -1c according to the weather on my phone and no wind.
another summer day here.. Supposed to be near 95 degrees F.. I did enjoy getting my knees in the breeze on both bikes.. Going to give them a bath when they are cool.
That`s a lot of tacos Steve, makes me hungry for some.
Where does your mechanic brother live Perry, in Calgary? It`s jacket weather here too, especially in the evenings.
How`s the freight moving these days Grant?
Good day John, how are you making out with your panel? I`m slowly getting back to my 53 resto rod and figuring out the loose steering on the stock one.
How`s your day going Steve? It must be nice to get your knees in the breeze, I`m going to on a short ride this afternoon, it`s fairly cold here with no improvement in sight for the next month. This fall`s weather really sucks up until winter gets here.

Panel was all done but I'm going to start taking it all apart again tomorrow, they built the cross member too low so now I have to block it up to get it out of the weeds. I'll never do business with these guys again. The work they do is good but they won't admit to making a mistake and keep giving me the run around and won't accept my calls..
That might be my supper tonight also Steve once I've run it through the printer. lol
Company left this afternoon so I got a bit of time to work on the yard. My brother lives by the Hillcrest area of Calgary behind a legion and has been there for over 25 years Morris, he's fully liscenced, incorporated and has his journeyman papers. Even with our personal differences he's about the only mechanic that I would trust to work on my or a friends vehicle as I know he's more concerned about having a good customer than a broke one.
Front end of your panel is starting to sound like a total pita John.

I'll get it fixed Perry, it's a good suspension and rides and steers well, just too low. I should have it raised 2 1/2" be next week if all goes well.
As you can see it's a little low in the front but I have no time to argue with these people and knowing them it would end up costing me more than I already paid. Stay away from Scott's Hot Rods and Customs...
