Well my pellet grill arrived and I assembled it.. a bit tedious but seems to be good quality.. Also went to work and finished my 5 tests in a little over an hour..
Lots of small parts on the pellet grill? I hate that. I bought an 8 ft windmill and it had a ton of small parts, the higher up the windmill the smaller space to work in. To top it all off nuts and bolts were pretty darn tiny.
Steve is right, it was just a decorative piece John. It was kind of neat, about 8 ft tall but unfortunately the anchors were designed right so it fell over in the first moderate wind and got bend up a little. I took it back for a refund.
I'd imagine once the blades started turning it would take off like a plane. Years ago I made a Holland style windmill lawn ornament for my dad and he didn't anchor it and it sped across his lawn in a strong wind...lol
I really liked the look of that windmill Steve, it was John Deere green with yellow blades so it was pretty cool. It took most of an evening to put together but at least I got my money back. The blade assembly bearings were junk and wore out in no time but even so it still did spin pretty fast John. I could have straightened it out after it fell I suppose but I didn`t bother.
