Our warm spell starts today so that means its time to put the transmission back into the truck. Good thing I have blocking and can put the transmission in from the cab, dont feel much like bench pressing a 110lb transmission.

When I did the clutch in my 71 F350 is was easy with the big floor cover out and a flat strap hanging the cab roof to suspend the transmission from.

This should be pretty straight forwards like your clutch was Morris. I've got my jacking blocks and they were almost the right height, just needed a 1 x 6, have my jack to align the height on the motor, still need to put gear oil into it but will wait til its on the blocks.
