I had a rusty 65 Mustang hulk that I gave away to a guy last spring that was planning on making a rod like it. A few months later I saw his ad selling it so I guess reality finally settled in and he bailed.
Hello Manitoba/Saskatchewan Chapter. Just joined as all my family are in southwestern Manitoba, i am also a member of Alberta as i live in southern Alberta. Family members are also classic fans, Dad has 1938 1/2 ton, older brother a 1960's Triumph and younger brother a 1934 Ford sedan. I am 1/2 done a frame off 1949 F68, that's taking a lot longer than i wanted but other commitments "WORK". Will try to include a picture of Dad's truck and trophy from Brandon's 2016 Super Run as it will be his last as cancer winning this winter.
Hi and welcome to out humble chapter!
Is Darrell your first name?
Most old trucks take lot longer planned, both of mine have been apart far longer than I ever wanted.
I`m sorry to hear about your dad's cancer, my brother in law passed away Dec 28 from cancer.
I`m really looking forward to Super Run in Saskatoon this summer, it`s been a long 3 yr wait.
Always wanted a flathead powered vehicle, addicted to flatheads and salt. Nice looking truck from what we can see, Darrel.
Glad we have this warm spell as it makes working outside a lot easier, TV just said it hit 10c but that sure wasn't around here.
I can smell your fish from here Grant, better get the kids onto cleaning it.
Off to the shop to install exhaust manifolds and get wiring through the firewall. Shoveled melting snow off deck +6 here this morning, good weather until Sat then poss snow. Have a great day.
