Happy Sunday Mornin'all. Dawn was in Baker Lake Nunavet for a week, and brought home an Arctic Char. It will be supper tonight. It was frozen right out of the water. I've never gutted a fish myself, so this should prove to be interesting. Any tips for a weak stomached fish guttin virgin? Have a great day guy's.

Watch some youtube videos on it Grant, get your knives together and tell your kids it will be a character building experience if they do it and tell them how to gut the fish. Be sure to add a few fish tales as they gut the fish.
