Oversized 2 car garage, insulated, heated with 220v service. The inside is: That 70's show. Quiet bay in a very quiet part of the city. It will go quick.
10-4 Grant, yes the latter sounds right,
the 70's show happens a lot, people are content & dont see the point of renovations, I get it, good luck out there my friend

Good morning John, Perry Grant Gerry, Colin and all who lurk here.
I don`t pay any attention to groundhogs, I know we`re in for at least another 3 months of winter.

Any sunny day without wind is good.
Finally the line ups at car washes wasn`t 15/20 cars long so I could wash my muddy salt laden truck.

Wind came in from the northwest and brought some snow with it, -14 right now and thats as warm as it gets for the next 4 or 5 days. Was nice when I walked into the mall at 3, was total crap when I walked out at 4.30.
Wish there was more meat on a groundhog as they would make a good spring stew.

We had an early spring last year plus the winter was mild, little snow and I drove my quad all winter with no problems. This winter is normally cold, we had more snow that melted at the beginning of Oct then we do now.

The little buggers sleep all winter so that means they must have a good layer of fat and seeing as they sleep so much the meat should be melt in your mouth tender
