It sounds like you have it well in hand, seems like a lot of work but it`s done the right way. Some extra cash flow is a good thing, too bad you are too far away.

Good evening John, Colin.
A full moon plus this terrible cold might not be a good thing.

It`s -28°C and feels like -40°C, dropping further over night.
We`re under an ''Extreme Cold Warning. A prolonged period of very cold wind chills is expected.''

It looked that way on tonight`s news Grant, a lot of parts of Canada are in the extreme cold.

Good evening folks
Half this town is warm and the other half is still chilly, big moon tonight.
I kind of like the idea of keeping my work close to home as it lowers my cost of working, which lowers my fee a bit. I'll be needing to entrench myself in this neighborhood this year so I may as well find a way to get paid for it.
If this was a new construction house Morris it would be easy to rough this in through the walls but then it would be harder to service the system. Installing this the way I'm doing it saves me tearing a wall apart so it's actually easier this way when the weather is good. Most companies charge $1000 or so to install these systems and I like that idea.

I don't blame your friend one bit, especially with plumbing.

Old plumbing can be a real night mare, depending on how it was done before.
Having two similar threads is confusing at times, the one in the BC chapter got me a few times.
