It was a short day for me because of the heat, it gave me a chance to visit my buddy Siggurd as he's in town for 10 days. Tomorrow we're going to empty his storage locker and divide it into keep, donate, auction and yard sale and ship it out, he's 72 and doesn't need the $250 a month expense. The guy still drives truck but he's quitting in October, we've decided to apply for work at the pot stores that'll open up on our main drag, neither one of us feels like working hard for our money anymore. Lol
Hello John, Perry.
Late this afternoon the wind really came up for a bout 20 minutes then dropped right down again.
$250 a month storing things he doesn`t need is a waste of money in my books too Perry.
Like Perry I`m missing something here John, I don`t see the 2 trucks at the top of this page.
The temperature dropped up here and the wind came in like a tornado storm front but no news about any tornadoes but quite a bit of tree damage and downed lines.
Siggurd has been complaining about it for awhile and now the timing is right to shut it down as this is his last work break until October when he quits his job.
It hit 33° here today and by 9.30 it was down to about 23°. The wind didn`t last long, haven`t noticed any damage when I got home.
No break at work from now till Oct and he`s 72? He`s an iron man.
It`s supposed to cool off here starting tomorrow Perry, that makes me a lot happier.
I can`t imagine dancing with a leaf blower in this hot weather Steve, likely you lost some weight tonight.
