This is what happens to new vehicles in the event of a train derailment and the rail car is heavily damage.

Is the dealer the only one that can give me rail tracking? Mine is not enthusiastic to say the least by helping with things like that.

Dealer can give you the railcar number.

I was at the dealers yesterday. Nothing. Any way on how to find out when it will? Dealer says have no idea!

I would ask them to try a little harder since the truck arrived on 12/01. I know for sure that one truck on the rail car has been delivered to a dealer in Chula Vista.

they claim they cannot do anything until 7 days after the due date. Due date was 12/7. Eta was dec 5-9. They say regional manager will not call rail yard until 7 days from 12/7. Is this true? What options do I have? Any ideas?
