I'm in CA. Someone else was able to get me the up to date tracking and it looks like the best I can hope for is arrival at the rail yard on 11-25 which is 5 days later than my Ford ETA.

No Thanksgiving truck for me

Reduced Operations for the holiday. If it makes the connection before the holidays, it will continue on to CA.

Thanksgiving Holiday Operating Plan

Operations to Run at Reduced Levels
November 18, 2016 | 08:15 a.m. CST
Union Pacific plans to reduce operations Thursday, Nov. 24, through Saturday, Nov. 26. The plan may change in the event of service interruptions or severe weather conditions.

Yard and local operations will be reduced to the extent possible, subject to traffic levels and customer needs. This includes major terminals and secondary yards. Refer to individual service unit holiday plans for details concerning specific yard and local operations.

Major interchange locations will remain open. Mexican and Canadian interchange gateways will run normal operations Thursday, Nov. 24, through Saturday, Nov. 26.

There will not be a holiday speed restriction; fuel conservation speed restrictions will be in effect.

Commodity Group Operations:

Manifest & Express Lane
Originating trains, except for interchange trains, scheduled to depart between 7:01 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, and 6:59 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, will be annulled at origin.

See the Manifest Plan for details on planned annulments.

Bulk
Coal: Normal operations
Grain: Normal operations
Rock: Normal operations
Soda Ash & Potash: Normal operations
Military Moves & Specials: Normal operations

Automotive
The automotive network will run reduced operations with selected annulments and consolidations depending on volumes Nov. 24-26. Active trains will operate to destination.

Intermodal
The intermodal network will run reduced operations with selected annulments and consolidations depending on volumes. Active trains will operate to destination.

Thanks for all the info. It looks like I'll probably be able to pick it up on the 28th or 29th. Hate the wait, but others have been waiting a lot longer, I ordered on 8-12. At least I'll be able to see some at the SF auto show next week.

If you hear anything else, please pass along, I appreciate your help.

Thanks for the update! This definitely makes the wait a little better, at least I can see that it is getting closer.

Any help?
Thanks for posting the # and options

My dealer acts like it's a super pain to even speak to me.

Mine just left pleasant hill, MO. Still gotta get across Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada.. and sneak pass the electric car police at the California border, and to the coast..

I feel your pain. Can't even get the rail car number out of my dealer. Definitely won't buy from them again or recommend.

Nice, thanks! DDT11 - You in Norcal? Mine is heading for East bay / norcal.

Maybe they'll arrive with a F150 as a baby together, who knows. Or maybe they're both men, this is California after all.

Yup, mine will be delivered to Walnut Creek Ford. It looks like they are scheduled to come in on the 25th. With that being a holiday weekend, I probably won't be able to get it until 28th or 29th.

Getting closer, can't wait to get my hands on it.

Thanks again for the update. it's great being able to watch the progress, but I was hoping for better than a state a day speed.
