So my sales man tells me today, he can't (won't) give me visibility report. But shows my truck in New Mexico as of today, on its way to California. Any way to triangulate what train it's on? I know it's a crap shoot as there may be many out there.
To top it off he tells me again, "just be patient" grrrrr

because they are just selling so many vehicles back to back huh....it's a matter of courtesy. besides, with the vehicle visibility report info, I could track it my self. No need to bother anyone.
And no, it won't make the truck get here any sooner, but u can plan your weekends, and possibly the end of year trip around it when you know a good ball park as to when it's arriving.
Instead if if just sitting around waiting for a phone call.

Really??
Most sales people are doing nothing when I go to a dealership. There are usually several of them standing around like sharks ready to strike a seal.
Or they are on their cell phone or smoking.
I believe it would be in the best interest of the sales person to make sure they accommodate a buyer of a sold order anyway they could
