For those who have never driven the wild wild west I think every major highway was built to follow a major train route. That way the bandits had a shorter distance cross country to outrun the train on horses.
Besides, they also look for the same shortcuts through the mountain peaks and when they derail there is a shorter distance to bring in the equipment to clean up. And also I love racing the trains across the flatlands and desert. More fun than counting corn stalks! Hey wait, a lot of the railroads were there first. I guess they both start at the same place and end at the same place. Anyway, western railroads are magnificent and fun.
As long as you race them parallel to them and not race them across crossings.
Since I found this thread and starting reading through it, getting excited for you guys waiting for delivery, I emailed my dealer yesterday to get the order number. Today he sent me the VIN! Never thought getting a number would make me so excited!
Nothing on the Order Tracking website but found this on Etis. I guess that is a November 30th build date. Ordered October 6th.

No, that is not the build date. That's just a filler date. Just keep checking in with your dealer and they can get updates. When your truck is built, the next day ETIS will populate your build date

can an order be changed after a vin is issued?
just a simple removal of an option?
I overlooked having the 11,400 GVWR selection adds the "68L payload downgrade" option and reduces the payload. This was a mistake I overlooked and my sales person didn't say anything about it.
He changed it today in the computer, but wasn't sure if it would be accepted
