Is that a display of love to the injection pump with that touch?

No that's my buddy putting his hand there for a size comparison I'm hoping once his van is out of the garage to get measurements of everything I can posted up for anyone wondering as there's a lot of mixed info. I have to admit I was pretty excited and was trying to unwrap it before the driver had the pallet jack out.

Ya a little maybe more first will be turning up the stock pump after I get it running. Then I'll be doing compounds at some point at least for the low end.

Wow don't post when sick. That did not make any sense. Ya I'll turn up the stock pump to start and drive it a bit to work the kinks out. Then it will get coumpounds. Maybe a large hx50 off the stock turbo this will give the towing abilitys I want. I want to tow a house if I need to lol

Ok got it in the garage and my buddy's van out of the garage. Measurements coming tomorrow.

Aur compressor works. Water pump spins free. Everything I need looks in good shape.

What's that tube on the rear of the head looks to have oil on it but locucally should be coolant for the heater core? Any input I ain't looked hard at it yet.
Turbo is free with minimal play
Converter needs to go
Got the fan and belts off

Ok some size info.

38 inches. Water pump pulley front to the back of the head. Add another inch for the nut on the water pump. So 39 rad to firewall.

Bottom of oul pan pan to top of intake cross over is about 38 inches.

Sae2 flywheel housing is 5.5 back and 21 wide minus the mounts. The bump out for the starter is wider but lower.

Oil pan pan by fuel filter to valve cover 31 inches.

If if you need other measurements let me know. Width should. Not be an issue so that was excluded

Converter and bell adaptor removed.
What is this for? I thought it was coolant but it looks to be oil. It had a hose running over the top of the engine with a ball valve. The nipple by the chain is what I'm talking about.
Got the engine stripped down some. Just removing things I don't need. The converter is off the bell adaptor is off and I confirmed that it is sae2 for the bellhousing. Also removed some wiring that was on it. Engine spins over and has compression. So it should run. We'll see.

Started on the engine stand so I can run test it. This thing will be heavy duty but I may need to upgrade the engine stand to get things high enough to go into the truck. We will see run video soon

I am very interested in this swap as I hope to do one myself in the future. I may have missed it but do you have transmission plans already? Myself I was hoping to use a zf6 if I can find one

How big of a body lift do you plan on running? Or do you plan on cutting the floor out?
