Hows this for stupidity, talked to Minna, the property mgr and Klause's (home owner) bookkeeper as there was a rumor started upstairs about the house coming up for sale, this was 2 months ago. Let Minna know that there were 2 interested parties if it was, the girls who own the other side of the duplex and whom both work for Bank of N.S. and Thom who's parents own the house 2 doors down and is one of my fences plus I mow their yard as they are in their late 70's, Thom owns 2 rentals and his own house and I reno'd one of the rentals in Dec, Jan of this winter. Sale of this house is one phone call away with no real estate agent involved and their financing is in place. Guess what she almost f'd up, Klause dropped by today to pick up his tax assessment letter as Minna hasn't set up the tax account with the city and is about to leave when he tells me he's getting an agent in to assess the sale value as he is starting to sell the houses as he's not making $ on them. Opened his eyes real fast.
I've had 2 property mgrs and it looks like 2 owners in 7 years. Wonder if I'll get a month or 2 of free rent from the new owner, gonna step on this flip real fast before she screws anything else up Good thing I have Gypsy luck, still was a good day tho
Well, should be carving up my friends frame in a few days. About 50/50 on which setup we go with. More or less it will be drinking beer and measuring everything 3-4 times and arguing on what is better
Got a conundrum, I was supposed to replace a power steering pump and move my trailer into neighbor Sue's front yard as Mark is gone panning. Mailbox is full of flyers, theres a postal pickup tag on side window of entrance and no sign of anyone being there. Daughter is in university and Sue works full time so they should be coming in and out of that house every day, Marks van is gone like it's supposed to be. He was going with a friend of his on this panning trip. Have gone over 3 times since the 4th and I knock hard on doors, no answers, no movements or noise.
