Love the pole barn/garage area. That would be great place to hang on nice days and do truck stuff.
It's a mess right now lol. Been rat packing the back section with car and truck parts, and building material to remodel the house. I'm planning on sealing the back section and make it into a smaller storage so it won't be an eye sore.
The mule still kicking butt at work, took these pictures a few weeks back 6.5hr round trip hauling 9k, have to figure out why she running hot, temp gauge showed 3/4 of the way on hills, and egts were high 1300-1600 going up the Guadalupe pass on I-10, I think I have a boost leak or the 6.0 kitty Installed a few years back is clogged.
Also the chickens and rooster I got a few months are doing great, the rooster grew all his feathers (he was the bitch at it's previous home) as well as the two hens (they were the ***** at their previous home their backs had no feathers) and the 3 chicks that were conceived (there was a total of 20 eggs but my daughter thought they were easter eggs so you know what happend) are doing great, they like eating the weeds more than the feed I buy them
Also plan on buying a 91 f-Superduty to have around the new property, still haven't had a chance to look at it but I really want it lol
Finally got rid of the 6.0 kitty that I installed a few years ago, it's safe to say that the truck liked it. Egts went down, power came back, no more lag like before, the cat didn't look clogged but for sure was restricting flow, the exhaust is back to smelling like a diesel with straight pipe smell (caca) the truck is happy, I'm happy, now to tow again and see how she does.

Lol. Yeah that was the only reason I installed the cat in the first place, the trucks exhaust smell was nice and clean smelling with the cat, now not so much,
I can't believe how much of a difference it made in the power department and egts, now that I remember egts were higher when I installed the cat from the get go. Oh well bye bye clean exhaust smell.
Never did post pics of the kitty removed so here you go for those following this thread.
Also installed a new reman alternator and idler pulley, alternator was only putting 12.9v at highway speeds and 13v at idle, the idler pulley bearing was destroyed, I didn't even know, no noise, vibration or wobble from it, it looked like it was bad for a while, oops.
Also fixed the door actuators,, just sprayed some pb blast on them work them out and they finally work again, fixed the passenger rear window (had a broken wire on the door. Didn't take picks of the process was to "into it" before realizing to take pics of the work, oops.
It’s funny how those bearings do that. My AC pulley did the same thing. The bearing was destroyed but it never gave any problems. Glad you caught it before it tossed the belt.
Time for a front suspension overhaul, passenger side ball joint is shot, tie rods are shot, I beam bushings shot, surprisingly the radious arm bushings are still mint but I'm replacing anyway, I did installed them a year or so back but **** it.
Gathering parts to start the refresh, I know I will have to get a passenger side I beam as the stock one is wallowed out, and it's causing the bushing to get destroyed quickly, so junk yard scavenge starts on the weekend.
Junkyard hunting is my favorite. OBS Fords are thin on the ground nowadays in Michigan though.
Same here, there's plenty of OBS trucks, luckily mine is 2wd so those suspension never get touched, interior and some body panels sadly are harder to aquire with all the mojo's buying them and re selling them.
Or the ******* trying to remove a $5 dollar speaker and ripping door panels off to get them. Then we get the urban cowboy that thinks breaking glass is cool

My 96 still has original ball joints, the rest has been replaced by me and is doing well it seems!
Dam, original ball joints, mine were good but after the small lift they took a toll, specially on passenger side since that's the side with the messed up I beam, causing it to rock side to side causing damage to the ball joint. Hopefully that vibration goes away that I've been dealing for a while.
