Boys, it's one thing to use anonymous user names to post "expertise" online. But, for Sean to put his have-tools-will-travel butt on the line, in front of this crowd, to help a brother in need - that's some strong stuff. Send me your PayPal, Firefighter, and I'll buy the beer.
This is only the 2nd time I have hit the road to help out. Anthony and Julie are so much
better set up and when they were driving full time it was already loaded into the truck.
You should of seen his parts stash. I think he almost could do a full engine from the bottom up.
One reason I do this is I have been helped in the past and giving back is a good thing.
If more people would do this in the world think where we would be.

Well guess you hit that one right on the head. I had a set of rails with me just in case.
Here is the photo that Firefighter209 sent me while we were on the phone and her husband was doing the testing. Can you see the IT ?

You may want to look here for some of the IPR % info I was using for the question.
It's really hard to pin a number down but 84% + is a leak. The pump is putting all
it has out with that IRP %
BAM, there it is, good Job Guys and Ma'am ,delicate little Oring placement , may want to check the rest of them unless that's the only one leaking, now you can Love your 6.0 again

Going to just replace the whole rail. With 2 cracks in the same nipple cup holder I think it's toast. As for loving my 6.0 again, I wouldn't know we bought it not running and have not really had the pleasure yet. BUT we will!!!
I will be going over the replacement one I am sending with
the very fine tooth comb before I send it out. That is my project
for the afternoon. I don't want to send out a bad one.
I am not going to have a 2nd crossing issue. So...
Any hints on how I should mark it for shipping? It's going USPS
to Canada if they let me. UPS takes far too long and costs an arm
and a leg along with your first born child.
