Ok here is a pic of the IPR screen. Little bit of aluminum flakes from the lpop which was replaced. Found the leak seems to be coming from the STC O ring. Will confirm after we pull it out. If anybody is counting this is tear down #8!
For some reason on the Ford diagram they are calling the o ring an M1. I ordered 2. Yes to the rail please! Hopefully we will get this truck back together tomorrow and this will be the end of the problems!
I don't mean to stick my nose in anyone's business, but I am going to. Will the truck stay running on a cold start once it's started? If so,why not rive it down to Sean since he has the knowledge and tools for these trucks and couldn't get into Canada? If it were me and someone was pretty sure they could address the issues, I'd be there already. Just thinking out loud.

I love that idea, but I don't even have passports. I wish it was that simple. We just can't do it anymore financially. In Canada our prices for part are pretty much double what you pay in the states. For example an HPOP is 1600.00. Yesterday when we tried to start it up, it was a crank no start. It seems every time we fix something, another weak point goes. My husband has torn the engine down 8 times in the last 5 weeks. When we had it running on Friday night, we pulled the oil cap off and had a TON of blow by. So bad that it was a steady stream of white. At this point there is a trust issue. If we find and fix the problem can we trust the truck? After throwing a whole bunch of money into it am I going to get a couple thousand kilometres down the road and have more problems? This is our only vehicle and right now it is a giant paper weight. We could throw an engine in it, in fact we have looked into doing that. 10734.00 for an engine not including installation. We are already 8000 plus into this vehicle. The re sale value is already far below what I have into it.
