Coming soon, pic of my first hookup with the new to me truck, once I get the legs for the hitch and the pinbox swapped out that is.
It is too bad the F-350 only had the wide track axle for a short period (as far as I know anyway). If my 2000 7.3L ever needs to be replaced, I would be very, very interested in the wide track front axle.
It is amazing how tight it turns compared to even the F-150. The Adaptive steering adds even more to the experience since it takes very little travel in the wheel to make tight turns.
First time out with the new 2022 F-450. Just went over 1,000 miles yesterday, and we left our home in Southeastern CT this morning and arrived at Caledonia State Park in Pennsylvania near Gettysburg.
The lie-o-meter said we got 8.2 mpg over the 365 mile trip, a little better than the 2019 450 where we averaged 7.8 mpg while towing this beast.
I have 33K on mine (2021 MY) with around 680 hours on the motor.
I’m at around 42k on my 450 , not sure about hours . I have noticed diesel from different stations can change mileage some . I do better with Shell and Exxon than fuel from Loves . Also changed to Rotella T6 5w-40 have seen some increase.
I can get anywhere from 8.5 to over 12 depending upon terrain

Not sure I posted my results after our Glacier trip or not. We traveled over 1600 miles (300 of that was not pulling), drove 65 when pulling and averaged 8.72 mpg with our recently traded 2021 F-350 7.3 gas 4.30 gears. It had 12000 miles when we left for Glacier. Last year we drove to Tetons and averaged 6.8 driving the same 5th wheel at 70-72 mph. We haven't pulled with our new 2022. Plan to do a short trip this weekend. So far, I'm extremely impressed by this new gas engine. The last diesel I had was a 2015 F-350 dually. Went to Yellowstone and averaged 9 pulling 70-72 mph. Of course the hills were effortless. But the terrain was about the same as the Teton trip we took. Our 5th wheel weighs in the neighborhood of 18k when loaded. I need to weigh it loaded one of these days.
EDIT: The diesel I had was "not" deleted.
