Picked up the 2022 Brookstone 398MBL on Friday. Truck was a dream towing it back. Looking forward to the shakedown camping trip this weekend before hitting the Smokey Mountains in April.

Not sure if I shared with y'all but this is our Port Aransas winter location with our Texas friends. We have a buddy spot (one 5th wheel pulls in one direction, and other pulls in opposing so doors are facing each other and the lot side is doubled. The name of the RV park is Pioneer RV, just a couple hundred yards from the beach.

We had a great time this year. Wife and I joined our respective mens league and womans league Golf orgs and played 54 rounds of golf in 4 months. They have a good deal down there, 1 month of unlimited golf with an electric cart for $500 a couple.
We back home in MT for 8 months and then back to TX in Nov.

, we have friends we travel with that live in the area. It's been a great winter but ready to get home and start fishing.

Welcome back next winter. You could probably see my house in the background from that RV site. We almost pulled the trigger on an Avalanche 390DS last week to use while I am temporarily working out in Cali. I could not find any nearby RV parks with the ability to handle a 43' rig. Throughout the whole State 38-40' seemed to be the max allowed so weekend trips were out of the question too. I guess we will have to wait to get back to TX to move up to a 5'er. Safe travels back home.
