Ya me too, I had no tail lights when I picked mine up. Harness pinched during assembly, they never worked. Fixed it myself (along with a couple other "pinches " along the way....)
Gigger is it possible that you negotiated a deal that is pretty sweet and they want you to walk away because they will get more money for the truck? Now way that truck is being mistaken for a fleet leftover even though it's white. It will likely sell super fast
That was just a joke that had me rolling so I had to use it. I love white trucks as much as all the other trucks...except silver. Silver is the bomb
Dealerships bring out the worst in me. I got so angry with the dealer that I bought my Fusion from(it was a hon-duh dealer) that I ended up burning a lot of bridges when I walked out of there. I don't dare go back and use my free oil changes, because I'm fairly certain something might 'happen' to my car.
Three things I hate but can live with:
1.) Really wimpy might-as-well-not-even-turn-them-on headlights. They're so bad I had to replace them with aftermarket. Ford should be embarrassed by these headlights.
3.) Sirius radio. The dealer had activated the system before I bought the truck. Apparently he must have activated it before they had a buyer (no phone number) because after the free trial expired I only got the occasional letter every 3 or 4 months. Besides, I never give my cell number to anyone outside family. I don't even know it. I can block unwanted numbers on my landline if I need to. Now that I subscribe to only Sirius Travel Link ($22/yr.) they don't bother me at all about subscribing to the radio or any other service. I like the Travel Link for the fuel prices and mapping to the fuel stations off highway. I find fuel prices are generally MUCH less expensive just a short distance away from the main freeway/highway.
I hate that they did away with the aerodynamic rear fenders on the dually... The fenders that they chose look more like they came off of a farm implement or a trailer..
Believe it or not, that was one of the things on my CON list when I did the PROs/CONs between Ferd Chebby Dudge....
I'm kind of getting that same vibe about Sirius. .....I would like the Sirius travel stuff (weather and traffic), but I still wouldn't bother with radio. ......
Good news for the buyers of 2015 Ford vehicles. The Sirius Travel Link is free for 5 years, but you have to subscribe to the radio,
For all you Sirius haters, you do know there is the option of listening to terrestrial radio. That way you don't have to increase your blood pressure and hate on something you don't listen to. There is one way to keep Sirius from calling you......pay the money!!!
Personally, I can't live without my Sirius. I have radios in the office, boat, house, garage, work R&D lab and one even at my marine dealer's shop (I get to the head of the line on servicing my Evinrude).
I thought the new dully fenders looked goofy when these trucks started showing up in 2010 but now I too like them.
When seeing a 6.4 next to the 6.7, I would rather own a new one (for more reasons than the fenders of course).
