Only thing I have ever been annoyed by is the radio is either just too loud or just too quiet on a long trip.
Heater is the same way.
Their is a coarse adjust **** and it needs a fine adjustment.
I am sure it's just me though !!
I have an 09-350, 6.4, purchaced new. I was ignorant of the emissions system and how it worked. My main complaint about the 07-10 6.4's, and my truck in particular, is the emisions system ford chose to implement. DPF in particular! Its a very inferior and problematic system compared to what they are now using. IMHO. Im tempted to tune/dpf delete, but I'm still under ext warranty. And I'd like to stay married, my wife's against the idea. :-) so thinking about a 6.7 in near future.

the engineers didn't get much choice either.. engine designed and built by someone else, emissions requirements forced on them, and no other mass produced technology available at the time of design.
later technology is DPF + SCR+DEF (on the 6.7) which reduces the number of times a regen is required. everyone is using it now as its the only way to make the targets.
I'm pretty upset that if I have the rear seats folded up for any amount of time, the seat belts indent on my pecan leather and take forever to work out. GM's have a nice little pocket in them.
The lower door profile and how it sits outside the rocker panel with a little rubber gasket on it. Open the doors and you see 5" of dirty paint! I'm not blessed with clean Cali weather. I guess I don't have to worry about emissions complaints tho
Saggy rear springs, cost at least $400 to do bags or blocks.
I can't stand the tapered bed, it's 4 inches wider at the front, stupid.
I would love a factory option for a 50 or 60 gallon tank.
Hate the DPF, yeah I know it's here to stay but I still hate it.
Weak springs, emission sensors that make the truck shut down (although I never suffered) and the turn signal switch in the 2011 and up trucks. Pathetic comes to mind.
In addition to the complaints listed, some of which I have as well - particularly the small tank.
I hate having to select bluetooth as my music source every time I start the truck. Its trivial, but I hate getting my phone out of my pocket, cycling thru the respective menus on both phone and truck just to play music. My old truck with aftermarket bluetooth just started streaming when I turned the truck on.
My complaint is the 2011 transmissions. Sounds like Ford has figured out the issue on the newer trucks, I just wish they would share it with the 2011 owners who took the time to allow Ford to fix the future generations.
