My Fuel Mileage is what I hate the most out of my truck. When bought brand new was receiving 18-19 mpg and now with 55 K miles receiving 14-15.5 mpg. When towing getting 6.8 to 7.6 mpg. Second thing I hate is truck going into limp mode (Gear Wrench Light coming on) and all was coming from Transmission.
2012 F-250 FX4 XLT 6.7L all stock
If you are in a high percentage (15-to 20% or unfortunately, more) biocrap diesel fuel, thats about what I got doing our last trip. Elsewhere (0-10%) 19+/- and 12-13 towing our pretty large 5er and for the most part using Flying J as the fuel supplier. My '11 has 82K miles
Funny how much our minimum standards have come up in the last 35 years. Our complaints used to be something about "why is a/c an option rather than standard, why do I only get 9 mpg on a good day, why do I only get AM radio but my buddy got an 8-track, why are there no cup holders"

And the price of fuel being $0.23 gallon and now we're over $1.79-$3.00 a gallon. I had an old 1971 Chevy single cab long bed with 3 speed on tree with the 327. Love that truck but missed the low gas prices for it when you get 6-8 mpg.

i also try to run Ctene a lot. But your right where you get your fuel from. I get my better mileage with Alsups fuel and pilot.

Yup. How much has fuel gone up compared to a gallon of milk though? I do remember the days of leaded gas at $0.25 a gallon. Those were the good old days!
Yup, 0.25 to 0.30 per gallon for fuel........hhad to work manual labor( hard physical labor, pick and shovel type) for half a day to earn enough money to buy a tank of gas for my car! Gas was pretty expensive then in those terms!
I hate when health issues or accidents get in the way of living longer
That is the God's honest truth.
I'm having to deal with my fathers accident. I never knew how hard it would be on family since he Paralyzed Neck Down from some illegal immigrant that should never gotten behind a wheel.
