Thanks! I see there is a wealth of information here. I also have a 1950 Divco and I'm following the "split rim" sagas on the site. I put a call into Stockton Wheel based on suggestions here.
Les Schwab works with Pasco Wheel up in Washington state and can ship affordably. I found Stockton to be a bit precious.
Custom and Commercial in in Fontana/Bloomington does the work for about $200 includung powder coat. The shipping is about $80 each round trip.
I've heard there are other wheel builders up here so maybe check with street rod builders.
Hi guys been on the forums for about a month now and it's very educational and entertaining to say the least. I currently own a 2004 F250 6.0 2x4 long bed. Bought it brand new in Sept 2004. It has been a problem truck from about the time the warranty expired. I tow 13,500 lb 5ver a couple times a year with it. I just ordered a new 2017 as you can see in my signature. Looking forward to a more dependable truck and hopefully it will last me well into my retirement. Have to get used to a steep truck payment but I will not have a truck cost me $$ in repair cost. Put $14k into the 6.0 in repair cost. Now it's time for it to be someone else's problem. Anyway happy to be here

Nice truck , I'm on the fence for buying the new 6.7 but just can't let ol 6.0 go yet , have you gone through the 6.0 forum lots of great guys over there with very good input, and Welcome to the Nor Cal Chapter , Jim ( night eyes) should be around shortly for your introduction and your donation packet lol ( kiddin)
Good question. The owner remembers seeing the manual, but couldn't find it and I can see the shadow of the Boyertown emblem on the front. Is there a way I can confirm?
Hi all, new here, and am not the best with words... I currently have a 2014" f250 lariat FX4. I also have a 2008' Hummer H3 and a 2016 Porsche Cayman. I am not a mechanic by trade, I can fix just about anything and take care of my own maintenance and repairs for all of my vehicles. I was an apprentice to an extremely skilled mechanic for many years when I was younger until I joined the military which is what I still do... i have owned ever iteration of the f150 from the '70s intil 2014 when I bought the f250 I have now... I have also had a '96 f250 7.3 diesel manual transmission, and a '99 f350 v10. I'm new to the forum thing and haven't figured everything out yet, but I do have a lot of information and might be able to help. Thanks

Welcome to FTE Brandon and Thank you for your Service in the Military , are you in California ? I don't think it matters as long as you partake in discussions ( bs ) mostly in the Nor Cali Chapter , Jim ( night Eyes ) will be along if your wanting to join here ( kind of a formal introduction thing ) , some nice Ford Trucks you have , interested in what you've done thus far with them.
If you are not in California, you cannot join the chapter, however, you can still post. If you are stationed in California, then yes, you can join the chapter. Thank you for your service. And it sounds like you will be a wealth of information for us fellow truck enthusiasts.
Hello everyone my name is Berlinda George and I'm not sure how to do this so please let me know how I'm doing. My transmission on my 1992 Ford f150 went out on me and it's the reverse band broke and now my truck won't move

Hello Berlinda and welcome to FTE , does the truck move in drive gear 1st or 2nd it should at least get you out of the road in those gears unless it's really smoked. Also have you checked the level of Trans fluid it could be low and may have not helped , your doing good thus far
This is the new member thread of the Nor Cal chapter Berlinda. You might want to check the transmission forum, or F series forum for your transmission issues, you will get many more responses.
New guy, I'm working on my rusty 79 stepside(flairside). Put in a fairly hopped up 351w c4. I also have a 68 falcon 351 4 speed, 99 mercury mountaineer 5.0 and many dirtbike/go kart projects.
