You are welcome for adding you. This is THE place for Ford truck info. As for normal conversation, well, I don't know about that. maybe we can try to have normal conversations here. Guess will have to see how it goes.

Hey y'all,
I'm new to San Jose, just moved out here for my new job from North Carolina. I'm sorely missing my friend and his garage back home. Plus no one drinks Natty Light out here!
I own a 73 F100 shortbed which is an ongoing restoration. I picked her up about 5 years ago and she was my daily driver for years until I started tearing into her a year ago. At this point there is some minor undercarriage work to do, but I'm mostly ready to start body work.
If anyone else lives near Japantown San Jose, I'm always willing to lend a hand and often in need. As an engineer, I'm also often found trying to fabricate my own parts and will join the Tech Shop out here soon.
Good Evening, I'm jumping into the FTE with both feet. Living and working up in Shasta County and the proud owner/driver of FORD since I got my license (if you discount the corn binder/Scout I started with). Currently have a matched pair of '06 F-250 SD's with one each Diesel and Gas. Primarily looking for heads ups and maintenance tips for both.

Where abouts are you in Shasta? I grew up just a little farther north in Siskiyou and am going to school in Ashland right now.
Also, welcome to the forum and the chapter to all the new guys!
Rick, Modoc
If you ever happen to go to Lake Siskiyou you can see a picture of me holding the lake record. Caught it May 31 1977 and dont laugh at my yellow pants
