Morning Tiny! The city of Omaha outlawed them for years. But, everyone ignored it, and bought them from stands just outside of the city limits, and blew them off anyway. City finally came to it's senses, and now allows them.

No fireworks here. Like Tiny said, the fun ones are banned. If it fly's or goes boom, it is illegal. We'll have a pretty good show around here anyway. Some of the neighbor folks make trips to Washington every year. I think they spend the equivalent of my annual income on fireworks. Too many things around here to catch fire anyway.

Morning guys. Gonna be a little cooler at 89 deg today. Should only have to work a half/day at the farm today. Will take a couple of days for all the parts to show up before I'll need to go back.

Morning guys! Our neighborhood puts on a really nice fireworks show. We can see it perfectly from our patio, so we're having people over Saturday night for that.

Tiny, is your part time job out on a ranch/farm? I noticed you listed picking up brush, cleaning stalls and kennels as well as some equipment maintenance. That sounds an awful lot like what I do. Throw in some spraying and in general on call trouble shooter light vet work and personal medic and you have it all covered.
The biggest difference is that I don't get paid - modern slave labor. How did you get so lucky?
