Doc said I had to stay down for 24 hours and it is close enough. The good stuff from the hospital has worn off so I'm up every few minutes with spasms anyway. (That's my story and I'm sticking to it!) The pain pills they sent home are worthless for me. The warden has an Rx for the exact same pain pills and they knock her out for 6 to 8 hours. They didn't fill an Rx for the anti spasm pills this time. I told them there was no need as they don't seem to work either and the side effect is really bad cotton mouth.
This one went really well. Dr. Hatch had a very large smile on his face after the surgery and said he was really happy by what they saw (didn't see) when he was in there getting the sample for a biopsy.
Just before they knocked me out, the warden told the Doc that she "wasn't done torturing him" (me) yet so he had to fix me.
They are getting the combines ready over here. Wheat was still pretty green two days ago. They have a lot of grass down, but I suspect they are going to have to have it dry a bit before the thrashing crews are turned loose.
Harvest should start in the Northern part of the county next week, and down here in about 3 weeks. I'll be spending more and more time away from the shop getting equipment read to go. I wasn't going to work harvest this year, but Mike offered me to good of a deal, so it looks like I'll be putting in 12 hour days for about two weeks. Oh joy............
Good morning Jim and Don. I will be thinking of you Jim, hope things go well and take care.
Watch out for the heat Don, after what weather we have had the last couple of weeks, now it is going to jump up into the 90's and above, to take care out there working in the heat!!

Am I that transparent? OK, I enjoy what I do (most of the time...) and when somebody waves tax-free $$$$$$ in my face, who am I to deny them the pleasure of paying me..........lol
It is 59 here right now with overcast. Calls for 90 tomorrow. Humidity must be somewhere around 100% at the moment making it feel like a sauna around here.
Good morning Oregon! Just a quick drive-by. Work is progressing on the 67, should have the bottom of the cab in epoxy, hopefully this weekend, and ready to tip it back up. I need to build a smaller dolly for it to sit on. Time to get my daughter to basketball practice, have a good day!
