Nice, Interested to see your manifold finished. I'm tempted to do the same with mine since it's plumbed basically with fitings hanging on the injector return on mine.

I can get you a detailed drawing if you want to copy it. Let me get it hooked up and make sure everything fits correctly. It should be coming back from machining next week.
Hey just read your build so far last night, looking good and enjoy all the commentary. My brother and I both have Dents and he wanted me to ask what the clutch bearing kit was that you got and where you got it? His pedal assy is all jacked up from the PO.

$40 plus $5 shipping. Requires you to weld the races to the pedal assembly, but a pretty nice setup overall. Much better than the plastic bushings, and it'll last forever!

+1 on this. I have been running the mustang steve bearing conversion in my truck since august. It is so much smoother on the clutch now, and no slop what so ever.
My machinist is still working on the manifold. He's trying to fit it in between his standard work, and he's a bit busy. I'll update when its done.
Got my exhaust installed. Here's a terrible picture of it:
Got this piece in the mail from Pure Diesel Power. 90 degree outlet for the turbo. Stock one pointed right at the frame.
I relocated the Intercooler mounting tabs. Moved them down about 2 1/2". This will allow me to mount the intercooler closer to the radiator support. More pics about this to come.
Modified my shock mounts to accept eyelet mount shocks instead of the stupid stud mount. Hate stud mount, its just a preference.
Modified my gas pedal......or should I say Diesel pedal Cut the upper part of the pedal off and welded it back on, so the cable can connect inside the cab.
Its been snowing like crazy here! Time to go play in the snow.
Great looking build so far, the nice thing about me not having the money to pick up a Cummins is that I get to see all you guys troubleshoot and then steal the better ideas. haha
You didn't mention it (that I saw) but it looks like you're running a pair of small Breathers on your custom Tappet Cover, is crankcase pressure a concern? I'm used to a similar modification on HD Sportsters.
Speaking of bikes, you must have one for every day of the week by now. haha
I miss the big paychecks but I don't miss living out of a bag, travel can really suck.
