NO and neither will the rest of the truck take 5-6 TON in the bed.

Hell, the whole truck is only rated to take 8,600lbs Now that is is a dually it would be "rated" at 10,000lbs. That means the truck and anything you put on it can only weigh 10,000lbs TOTAL. That means, you can put approx 1.5 - 2 ton in the bed.
You do realized 1 ton = 2,000lbs

No, because a 18k rated dump truck doesn't have 8 lug axle w/ a 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern. But I am sure there are spacers out there for a F500 that is rated @ 18k

There you go. F-superduty(Dana 80) or an F450(Dana 80) or F550(Dana 135)

If an F-Superduty, you have a GVW of 15,000 , not 18,000.

I dont know of anyone who makes a spacer for a F-superduty(10 on 7.25" bolt pattern)

The hoist may be rated for whatever but the truck is only 15k
