So i went to a Vinal sign shop by me today and had them Cut white vinyl and silver vinyl to the factory specs. It is a 2 layer vinyl but you really cant tell unless you run your finger across it. It was defiantly trying my patients laying down the silver over top the white and keeping the 1/16" gap at the top and bottom. But it turned out pretty good. What do you guys think. O and I have MORE than enough stripe to do the top and bottom all for $100
Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
This is what I am starting with

And FACTORY dually bed for pieces

I bought Arrowcraft Conversion fenders since ford never made an OBS short bed dually
Per their instructions they want you to "just" bolt on the dually fenders like a giant fender flare and leave the original wheel well arch in place. Then cut out the fuel doors bigger for the new filler necks. I didn't like the idea of seeing the original wheel well inside the dually fender so I did away with them.
Marking out where to position fenders

Made this little brush to mark the bolt holes

This is how they want you to bolt on the Passenger and drivers fenders

I said *** that and did this

Some pics of the backside of the conversion fender

O and here is why the inner wheel well arches are BAD
All they do is hold dirt and salt and have NO drain holes, UNTILL it rots your bedside out

O and my Dee Zee cab rack came too

And that is up to date as of 10/5/2012
Also, pics of the tint? It's GOTTA look bad a$$ being that dark.
