Got some more done.

Closed cell foam down on floor and back cab wall.
All doors now have glass and weatherstripping.
Did the door seal mod.
Headliner in.
Got the carpet in after heated power wash and Purple Power.
Both seats are shampooed and drying.
Swapped the 40-20-40 seats around so now the drivers seat has new padding and cover.

Tomorrow I hope to get rear window in, seats in, and put interior trim back in.
Gonna leave door panels off till windows are tinted

Well. i got some pinstripe made up today. It was not quite what I hoped but It turned out pretty good.

I was working with a guy in hopes of having printed vinyl just like the factory had. But the printing shop i was talking with gave me back the "Estimate" today.
Needless to say I was a bit FLOORED to say the least. What do you guys think

3 mil Calendared Vinyl
Perm Adhesive
3 mil UV Lamination
Full Color with Silver Metallic

15/16 Pinstripe

Fender @ 48" = $90.00 Each x 2
Front Door @ 45" = $90.00 Each x 2
Rear Door & Cab Corner @ 8" & 36" = $90.00 Each x 2
Front & Rear Bed @ 12" = $90.00 Each x 2
Dully Fender @ 60" = $180.00 Each x 2
Tail Gate @ 68" = $180.00 Each x 1

Total: $1,260.00
__________________________________________________ ______________

3/4 Pinstripe

Fender Bottom & Front @ 13" & 13" = $90.00 Each x 2
Front Door @ 44" = $90.00 Each x 2
Rear Door & Cab Corner @ 8" & 36" = $90.00 Each x 2
Dully Fender @ 48" = $90.00 Each x 2
Tail Gate @ 68" = $180.00 Each x 1

Total: $900.00

Invoice Total: $2,160.00

So i went to a Vinal sign shop by me today and had them Cut white vinyl and silver vinyl to the factory specs. It is a 2 layer vinyl but you really cant tell unless you run your finger across it. It was defiantly trying my patients laying down the silver over top the white and keeping the 1/16" gap at the top and bottom. But it turned out pretty good. What do you guys think. O and I have MORE than enough stripe to do the top and bottom all for $100

Working on the dually bed conversion this week
This is what I am starting with

And FACTORY dually bed for pieces

I bought Arrowcraft Conversion fenders since ford never made an OBS short bed dually
Per their instructions they want you to "just" bolt on the dually fenders like a giant fender flare and leave the original wheel well arch in place. Then cut out the fuel doors bigger for the new filler necks. I didn't like the idea of seeing the original wheel well inside the dually fender so I did away with them.

Marking out where to position fenders

Made this little brush to mark the bolt holes

This is how they want you to bolt on the Passenger and drivers fenders

I said *** that and did this

Some pics of the backside of the conversion fender

O and here is why the inner wheel well arches are BAD
All they do is hold dirt and salt and have NO drain holes, UNTILL it rots your bedside out

Got the passenger side factory brackets transferred over and bonded in. Also made top brackets and POR15 them. These will be bolted to the skin with the fender bolts and Bonded to the inner structure

O and my Dee Zee cab rack came too

And that is up to date as of 10/5/2012

Is this the mod where you pull some surgical tubing through the hollow part of the door seal to get a tighter fit?

Also, pics of the tint? It's GOTTA look bad a$$ being that dark.
