So thanks to my cousin who works at In-n-Out and actually HATES onions haha( I just think this is soooo funny, cuz he has to deal with the smell hahah
) he says they do whole raw, raw chopped, grilled chopped, and whole grilled onions. I absolutely love onions, so I actually have to try their whole grilled cuz I've never had it that way on anything yet.

So we never usually watch award shows, or even make a big deal out of them, but for some reason we did..........from last Sunday (Oscar Sunday)
Meat for the BBQ...ribeyes, flanken ribs, tri-tip roast
chopping the fresh cooked bacon for the baked potatoes
mushrooms, yummm
On another note, some good garlicy shrimp/seafood sauce. Used to only find it at Northgate, but now see it at Stater Bros
cool little detail on the barcode too
Chip bags these days are a disgrace
and for some sushi friday (for lent) decided to mix it up and put my tako sashimi on top of my spicy tuna roll.......AMAZING!!!

Hey since I'm gonna be driving through a couple states...from here SoCal to Grand Lakes(?), Nebraska. Can anyone suggest some good places to eat? We're going through Utah, and taking a northern route around the Rockies through Montana I think then to Nebraska.
I've also bookmarked a few stops from Man vs Food, and Triple D
